What Does a Dedicated Agent do to Sell Your Home?

The "Full Story" for Successfully Marketing Your Home

The most important goal for me as a RE/MAX Listing Agent is to successfully assist homeowners in achieving their personal(timeline) and financial goals with respect to marketing their properties. In doing so, no viable marketing avenue should be left to chance. Buyers for properties here in the Fort Hood, Texas market are constantly relocating from all corners of our country, and from numerous locations overseas. And in this Internet Age of Real Estate Marketing doesn't it make sense to utilize the services of a Professional Realtor who leaves no stone unturned?

Extensive Internet marketing is the most important marketing that an agent can excel at for his/her seller clients, because it makes your home available to buyers worldwide....on the front-line of their home search. And let's face it, over 90% of our area's home buyer's find the homes that they are interested purchasing via the internet.

But just putting your home on a company's website (as many agents do) just doesn't give your home the exposure necessary to reach all of the buyer's on that front-line. It is the quality of the agent's own sites and the major real estate portal sites themselves, and how well those sites such as FtHoodHome.com, Realtor.com, Homes.com, TheRealEstateBook.com, RE/MAX.com, etc. are marketed to the public (and the search engines) that determine whether or not a buyer will find your house.

For my money, only those sites that offer worldwide recognition and webtraffic earn my money, and ultimately, your homes' exposure.

As your RE/MAX Professional, all of my listings appear on 19 different high traffic websites! But even this alone is not sufficient (as I see it). This is just the start of my "International" marketing efforts. If you were searching for an on-line date would you be interested in the ads that didn't have photos? Neither would I.

It is the quantity and quality of the pictoral views of your homes' best features and living spaces that buyer's want and need to see in order to make their long distance decisions.

As a RE/MAX Listing Professional I have invested thousands of dollars in Professional Digital SLR Camera technology in order to portray "still shots" of your home with the highest quality and best views that I can. In addition to this entry level aspect, many buyers only search the Internet for homes that have "Virtual Tours".

To this end I have also invested in this technology by employing a professional "Virtual Tour" firm to take and produce the 360 degree views of your home that buyer's find so important. With respect to my "Local" marketing efforts, the RE/MAX yard sign is the most recognized and trusted source local buyers utilize to receive complete information about your home. The Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors MLS system allows all agents in our area (815 as of 11/01/05) to access the complete, well written and photographed information about your home which they use to inform their buyers.

Their are also many local home buyers who choose to shop for homes in a "stealth" manner. That is, without an agent showing them homes for which they qualify. It is my duty to you, to ensure that these folks have ready access to the information about your home from the privacy of their car.

In addition I utilize the most trusted Real Estate Magazine and on-line platform, "The Real Estate Book", recognized nationwide by buyers and sellers as the number 1 print resource in which to advertise homes for sale. I also use The Killeen Daily Heralds HomeFinder Magazine. This is a great local medium for buyers use to help them find a home.
